Who is Body in Mind?
Our brand was founded upon the idea of providing adaptive jewelry made to move with you. In releasing our jewelry, we strive to create something that is accessible, fashionable, versatile, & easy to use, making it ideal for anybody.
How are we different?
Many jewelry and accessory brands neglect the idea of those with limited mobility. The products that are out there are far from fashionable, valuing ease of use over aesthetic, all while excluding younger generations in current inclusive brands.
Our solution is to provide affordable yet fashionable accessories made to last & fit everybody. Each piece is designed to be adaptive, inclusive, and high quality.

The Body in Mind team was formed following personal presentations to determine compatibility. A team contract was created and followed in order to solidify team norms (including individual roles and plans for future conflict).

Throughout the semester, our group presented slide decks on financial, marketing, operational, product, and brand strategies.
Each slide deck was created using Google Slides. All brand elements were inserted on these slides after being created on platforms including Adobe, Canva, and Sims.
Brand research was done using similar brands in order to discover the untapped market that is adaptive accessories.

Our final brand pitch was a 7-minute presentation in front of a group of panelists, who judged us based on our brand’s cohesiveness and thoroughness. Each member spoke on their respective slides considering both financial and operational measures.
Outcome
Through developing Body in Mind, our team was able to develop our branding skills by conceptualizing through the web, product, & brand element design.
Our team was able to bring together our like and unlike skills in relationship to design and team building in order to create a presentation that was presented to a panel of judges.
